As a General Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for...
- Managing daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and preparing and post journal entries along with general ledger account reconciliations.
- Executing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, making necessary adjustments to capture all financial activities and facilitating the general accounting process by supplying detailed financial data for management review.
- Analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful reports and conducting financial variance analysis to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports that ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations while collaborating with various departments to integrate financial data and streamline processes.
- Developing ad-hoc reports and supporting special projects, such as financial data analysis and process improvements.
What you already have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience with general accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Able to take initiative while fostering a cooperative work environment
