As an Collections/AR Specialist, you will be responsible for...


  • Providing excellent credit and collection activities to customers.
  • Applying knowledge and system resources to walk through customers and verify symptoms and issues.
  • Reviewing and releasing orders related to assigned accounts that are placed on hold in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring individual transaction management is based on client agreements.
  • Escalating delinquent customers to the team leader, supervisor, and division POC for warranty cancellation, credit hold, credit limit decrease, etc.
  • Assisting in the training of new hires and/or collection trainees.
  • Collaborating with the team to generate operational improvement initiatives that strive to improve the team's efficiency.



What you already have...


  • 1-3 Years of Exp.
  • BS Accountancy or Any Finance Course with Accounting Knowledge
  • Working Knowledge and understanding of job specific tasks and procedures, with some ability to apply knowledge to solve routine problems
  • Performs moderately complex tasks and follows established procedures.
  • Requires some problem solving skills and may seek guidance for more complex issues.
  • Works under general supervision and may have some autonomy in decision making within established guidelines.
  • Interacts with various stakeholders within the team or department and communicates effectively.
  • Expected to have no leadership skillset.
  • Follows business practices, process and procedures.
  • Expected to have discernment and can suggest ideas to improve ways of working.
  • Can able to express thoughts, opinion and ideas within the function
