Inside Sales - 100% Remote

We are currently seeking to hire an Inside Sales Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales.
• Experience in solar power is helpful but not necessary.
• Familiarity with HubSpot & Aloware is helpful but not necessary
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients is priority!
• Be able to work with little to no supervision.
