Senior Manager Project Management New Plant Delivery

As a Senior Manager, Project Management New Plant Delivery you will help develop standard delivery models for new plants. Manage early works and feed studies contracts for potential new plant customers. Support the Commercial Operations group in the development of responses to questions from and proposals to potential new plant customer contracts.
You will report to the Senior Director, New Plant Project Delivery. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Operations group responding to and development of proposals for potential new plant customers
- Project Manage early works and FEED study contracts starting at turnover from the Commercial Operations team to Project Delivery.
- Coordinate with the Westinghouse functional organizations to develop and complete the contract deliverables
- Lead development activities, as assigned, including delivery of needed documentation Interface directly with the Customer in the execution of the contracts
- Review scopes of work and provide markup and feedback to the Commercial Operations team and potential customers.
- Organize project team, oversee project schedule development/follow, monitoring and reporting on the status of projects, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards, identify/resolve obstacles to completing projects on time and to budget.
- May include working with construction consortium partners
- Work directly with the Customer in the execution of the contracts
- Manage project costs to deliver value to the customer and satisfy Westinghouse goals
Qualifications:
- BS degree in engineering, construction management or project management.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering and project management of projects
- Nuclear EPC project experience is desired by not required
- High-level proficiency in project management
- Experience in project management of projects
- Experience implementing projects across a broad range of contract types, including fixed price and cost reimbursable/time and materials
- English proficiency in reading and writing
- Establish networks across departments including finance, strategy, engineering, licensing, procurement, and project management.
