We are looking for a motivated Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) Engineer to support nuclear power plant risk assessments. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise in probabilistic safety analysis while working in a dynamic and international environment at our offices in Vila-Seca


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety and risk evaluations for nuclear power plant systems.
  • Assist in modeling internal and external risk events, including fire, flooding, and seismic hazards.
  • Use probabilistic models to support operational, financial, and regulatory decision-making.
  • Contribute to project execution by ensuring technical accuracy, meeting deadlines, and managing project priorities.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Give support to clients in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Engineering (Nuclear, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the nuclear industry or probabilistic risk assessment (PRA/PSA).

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of PRA/PSA methodologies (experience with Risk Spectrum and NUREG/CR-6850 is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
