Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

  • Design, document, implement and maintain essential Control and Protection control systems.
  • Hardware and system troubleshooting at site based on analog and digital electronic knowledge.
  • Participate in technical meeting to address the Requirement/scope of work/schedule and Quality requirements.
  • Familiar with field Devices such as analog inputs Transmitter (such as RTD, TC), Motor Drive equipment, pressure switch and their interfaces.
  • Can configure Control logic with lead engineer peer check.
  • Summary and report daily work activities when working at site, be able to explicitly describe the technical issues in English.

Education: B.S/M.S – Automation/ Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/I&C Engineering.
Years of Experience: 2 years working experience is expected
Skills and Competencies:
  • Any sound knowledge of safety analysis tools such as failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) and cause, effect diagrams (C&E diagrams) and SIL analysis is a plus.
  • Experience in commissioning, Installation for DCS project is better.
  • The ability to communicate with onshore and offshore team in English to ensure the smooth technical issue discussion
  • Understanding of I&C, Nuclear related standards and the analysis of their implications.
  • A relevant automation or thermal energy and power engineering Degree or appropriate qualification / experience is desired.
  • Smooth English communication is a must.
  • Compliance of safety, environmental and quality policy is a must
Desired:
  • PLC working experience background is a plus.
  • C, C++ language skill is preferred.
  • Strong ownership, teamwork and self-motivation are required.
