Steam Generator inspection engineer

The Eddy Current Steam Generator inspection engineer role is delivering data collection and/or tooling activities on site during tube inspection and/or repair for Steam Generator inspection and repair activities to operational nuclear power plants worldwide.

This role gives the opportunity to build a robust technical and site background experience and offer possibility to develop his career path later in other areas (shift lead, site lead, analysis technical expertise, …).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountable to lead inspection and maintenance activities in a Customer Nuclear Power Plant word-wide:

  • Proactively execute on a daily base the headquarter preparation of the project: equipment, documentation, personnel, etc.,
  • Proactively execute on a daily base the execution of the project in a nuclear plant considering safety, quality, and schedule adherence,
  • Leading an international work team,
  • Report any deviations on real time on discovery,
  • Develop lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvement between outages,

Education and Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree,
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Strong technical interest / strong willing of worldwide journey and multi-cultural environment
  • English, Spanish language fluency (written and spoken); German if possible
