About the role:

As a Operations Specialist I you will use relational databases and other reporting tools, compiles data about the efficiency of our internal processes

You will report to the Area Manager and be located at Ogden, UT. You will support this role 100% onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports for management review

  • May coordinate logistics to ensure chemicals are available when needed

  • Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the responsibilities of the job

  • Work under immediate management

  • Work in a team environment

  • Inventory and orders shop supplies for multiple departments

  • Help inventory and order shop tooling.

  • Maintain material yield spreadsheets for multiple departments

  • Help with new employee onboarding and scheduling for multiple departments

  • Maintain department material records and retention practices for multiple departments

  • Maintain Team’s scheduling

Qualifications:

  • High School Education or GED required

  • 2 years of related experience
