Lead Analyst - Outage Support Services

As a Lead Analyst on our Outage Support Services (OSS) team, you will function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Book to Bill lifecycle systems, data, and processes to ensure 9114s and all related project inputs and downstream outputs are accurate and timely.
You will report to the OSS Manager. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform expert oversight of Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, and oversight management of Project Systems.
Facilitate resolutions of complex CATS payroll issues.
Facilitate resolutions of complex invoicing reconciliation and support including billing discrepancies.
Provide liaison analytics with rate management and union finance (dues, deductions, fringe benefits, base wage factors, shift premiums, grievance pay)
Perform Root cause under/over payment analysis / problem solving
Troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems, interfaces and process issues according to SLAs and business requirements.
Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) support for Union/Non-Union Audits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders across the organization and partner teams (Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll, Invoicing, Labor Relations, Change Management, & IT)
Lead testing activities for 9114 related SAP Mods/Enhancements
A key SME (Subject Matter Expert) to collaborate on design with the Program Management system enhancement initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries, requests, and testing from assigned business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals, pain points, and requirements, and translating them into IT strategies and solutions.
Facilitate resolution of complex Prevailing Wage inquiries
Lead Team support - foster a collaborative environment by being approachable, supportive, and willing to share knowledge and resources which include mentoring and peer checking as needed.
Special Projects (as required)
Work closely with the Manager of OSS
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
5+ years of relevant working experience required. 10+ years strongly preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Expert understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow (i.e. CRM, contract setup elements, cost accumulation, reconciliation, invoicing)
Advanced background in IT data management
Experience working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800.00 to $146,000.00 per year.
