Payroll & Union Reporting Specialist - REMOTE

About the role:
As a US Payroll & Union Reporting Specialist you will support report requests and inquiries related to US payroll and union dues and fringes reporting. You will respond to and prepare report requests, provide audit support, research issues, and provide escalation ticket support during outages.
You will report to the Director – HR Systems and Services Transformation be 100% REMOTE.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and resolve all union, no pay and partial pay tickets.
Provide research and reporting support for the Labor relations and OSS teams
Partner with Payroll team to analyze union data and to evaluate and resolve tickets
Train Labor relations team members
Respond to queries from Payroll/OSS
Provide paystubs to employees upon request
Support team with excel inquiries and training
Support Finance and all HR reporting
Support all payroll related audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years union payroll and reporting experience
1+ year ADP GlobalView experience required including report experience
SAP experience
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,800 to $81,000 per year.
