We're Hiring: Part-Time Marketing Manager (Remote)

At Werover, we're transforming wind turbine maintenance through AI-powered acoustic monitoring.

Our flagship solution, Windrover, continuously monitors wind turbine blades, helping operators detect damage early, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs.

Today, Windrover is deployed on 1,000+ wind turbines, trusted by 30+ customers across 8 countries.

As we continue expanding across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and Australia, we're looking for a remote, part-time Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function.

What you'll do

• Create customer success stories, case studies, and technical blog articles for the renewable energy industry.

• Own Werover's LinkedIn strategy and manage our social media presence.

• Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns targeting wind farm owners, operators, utilities, and OEMs.

• Organize and host webinars, podcasts, and customer interviews featuring industry experts and partners.

• Transform technical content into engaging marketing materials across multiple formats.

• Coordinate external freelancers (design, video, SEO, content) and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Track marketing performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns.

• Work closely with our founders and commercial team to support international growth.

What we're looking for

✔Experience in B2B marketing is preferred (EnergyTech, ClimateTech, Industrial SaaS, or DeepTech is a strong plus)

✔ Excellent written and spoken English

✔ Experience creating content for technical audiences

✔ Confidence hosting webinars, podcasts, or interviews

✔ Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and email marketing

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects independently

✔ Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics

✔ Interest in renewable energy and clean technologies
