Role Overview
We have grown into a multi-million-dollar company over the last one and a half decades
through funding our growth organically. As we look to expand globally, and develop our
existing businesses into world leaders, we are seeking a dynamic finance professional to
drive the company’s financial standing and processes on two fronts - strategizing growth
and getting the company ready for a short term strategic fundraise and/or an IPO in
the medium term to long term.
The role will involve developing a financial strategy, working closely with the founder and C-
suite executives to develop a strategic financial blueprint that is aligned with the company's
short-, medium-, and long-term goals and objectives. The candidate will eventually be
expected to handle the company’s overall financial functions as well as oversee Finance and
Accounting Team.
Key Responsibilities

Consequently, getting the company IPO-ready, which includes establishing an investor
relations capability and implementing internal controls and financial reporting systems.
Understanding and being able to develop various types of financial models (e.g. comparable
companies, precedents, and DCF) to value equity for capital raising transactions and
prepare and review of materials used in capital raise, including investment memoranda,
management presentations, and pitchbooks.
Securing financing by working closely with investment bankers, underwriters, and other
financial advisors to secure financing for the IPO.

time and continually improve the model to be more robust and predictive.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field/MBA
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in IPOs,
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and the public company reporting
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects and work effectively with external
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Hands on experience of fundraising from Institutional Investors and closely monitor
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in building and managing high-
