Role Description

The Manager – Solution Design is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for designing optimal renewable energy solutions for C&I consumers by evaluating energy consumption patterns, assessing technical feasibility, and developing techno-commercial proposals. The role involves sizing solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems, conducting energy simulations, performing financial analyses, and recommending the most suitable renewable energy solutions based on customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with business development, regulatory, and project execution teams to deliver technically robust and commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

• 5–10 years of experience in renewable energy solution design, engineering, or technical consulting.

• Hands-on experience with renewable energy modelling and simulation tools such as PVsyst, HOMER Pro, WAsP, and other relevant software.

• Strong experience in designing solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions for C&I consumers.

• Ability to perform energy yield assessments, capacity optimization, and system sizing based on customer load profiles.

• Experience in developing techno-commercial proposals and conducting financial modelling to evaluate the delivered cost of renewable energy.

• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, power systems, and C&I energy consumption patterns.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
