WPS are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee planned works projects within the social housing sector in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance programmes that make a real difference to residents’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate site records and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned works projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
- Full UK driving licence.
