WPS Planned Works is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support our planned works projects across the North East. This role is key to ensuring clear communication between residents, site teams and clients throughout the works programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents during planned works
  • Providing clear, timely and professional communication before, during and after works
  • Managing resident queries, concerns and access requirements
  • Liaising closely with site teams, supervisors and project managers
  • Attending site visits and resident meetings as required
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience is maintained at all times

About You

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident dealing with residents and stakeholders face-to-face and by phone
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the North East
