Resident Liaison Officer – West London (SHF Retrofit)

WPS is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to support our newly awarded SHF Retrofit contract in West London. This flagship programme will deliver energy efficiency upgrades to over 800 homes, improving comfort, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting residents through the retrofit journey.

As An RLO, You’ll Be The Key Point Of Contact For Residents, Ensuring Clear Communication, Minimal Disruption, And a Positive Customer Experience. You’ll Work Closely With The Site Team And Report To The Project Manager, Supporting The Delivery Of PAS2035-compliant Works Including

  • External Wall Insulation (EWI)
  • Roof insulation
  • Windows and doors
  • Solar PV
  • Air Source Heat Pumps

? Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between residents and the site team
  • Schedule appointments and communicate work programmes clearly
  • Handle queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Support the delivery of retrofit works to PAS2035 standards
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance documentation

? Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in planned works or retrofit projects, ideally within SHDF programmes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel across sites)
  • Familiarity with social housing environments and tenant engagement
