Role Overview
We are looking for a committed Flutter developer to work on the Wastel mobile application alongside the founder, product owner, and designer.
This role is ideal for:
- Early-career Flutter developers
- Strong self-learners or recent graduates

- You will work on actual production features, not just assignments.
1. Flutter App Development
- Develop and maintain mobile app features using Flutter
- Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive UI
- Implement navigation, state handling, and reusable widgets
- Ensure smooth performance and bug-free experience
- Integrate with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage)
- Handle basic API integrations
- Work with real-time data and app state
- (You will be guided—this is a learning-focused role.)
- Work closely with the designer and product owner
- Understand feature requirements, not just code blindly
- Suggest improvements and optimizations where possible
Must-have
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Flutter & Dart
- Understanding of mobile app fundamentals
- Ability to read, debug, and improve existing code
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Firebase experience
- State management basics (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
- Prior app published on Play Store (even personal project)
- ₹15,000 per month (fixed)
- Initial commitment: 3 months
- Flexible working hours (remote-friendly)
- Clear tasks and achievable timelines
- This role prioritizes learning, ownership, and growth over short-term salary.
Hands-on experience building a production-grade app
