Role Description

As our Full Stack Flutter Developer, you’ll design and build the entire product experience - from farmer field scanning to the carbon-impact dashboard that powers climate transparency.

You’ll lead the Flutter app + backend integration, building the architecture for AI, IoT, and blockchain components.


Qualifications

  • Build and deploy the Flutter app (Android, iOS, Web) for waste sourcing, marketplace, and carbon dashboards.
  • Develop secure backend APIs (Node.js / Python / NestJS) and database architecture (PostgreSQL / Firestore).
  • Integrate IoT & QR/NFC workflows for real-time waste tracking.
  • Implement the CO₂ emission-reduction engine with verifiable GHG data.
  • Design a clean, intuitive UI/UX in Figma for farmers, industries, and policymakers.
  • Optimize app performance, security, and scalability.


Requirements

  • Strong proficiency - 3 to 5 years experience in Flutter 3.x / Dart and at least one backend framework (Node.js / NestJS / FastAPI).
  • Experience in UI/UX design, Figma, and data visualization libraries (FL chart, Syncfusion).
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting or sustainability metrics is a huge plus.
  • Understanding of IoT data, blockchain, or geospatial analytics is desirable.
  • Self-driven builder who thrives in startup chaos and loves shipping meaningful products.
