? Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Founding CTO / Technical Co-Builder who wants ownership, influence, and long-term impact.

You should be someone who:

• Thinks in systems and architecture, not just features
• Can build now and architect for what’s coming next
• Understands how technology supports real-world operations, not just digital products
• This role is equity-first, not salary-driven at this stage.

? Core Technical Expectations

You should have strong hands-on experience in:

• Flutter (end-to-end app development, production experience)
• Backend architecture (Firebase / APIs / cloud services)
• System design, data flow, and role-based access control
• Designing scalable, secure platforms from scratch

And the ability to lead the platform toward:

• AI integrations (analytics, predictions, automation)
• Blockchain (traceability, credits, verification – practical use cases)
• IoT integrations (sensors, tracking, real-world data inputs)
• Logistics and workflow orchestration
• You don’t need to be an expert in everything—but you must know how to design for it.

? Domain Mindset (Very Important)

You don’t need prior experience in climate or waste—but you must be willing to deeply understand:

• Climate technology
• Agriculture & biomass ecosystems
• Waste management realities
• ESG, compliance, and sustainability reporting

This is a long-game business, not a quick exit idea.
