⚙️ About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart.
• Build responsive, smooth, and high-performance UIs that work across Android and iOS.
• Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including handling certificates, signing, and release processes.
• Convert design concepts into pixel-perfect screens using design systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with necessary teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated with Flutter best practices, plugins, tools, and innovations.
• Bring new ideas and creative thinking to improve app quality and user experience.

?️ Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and mobile app development.
• Strong command of Dart, Flutter architecture, state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod).
• Solid understanding of Android & iOS build/deployment processes (Play Store & App Store).
• Experience using Firebase, REST APIs, and integrating third-party plugins.
• UI/UX mindset with experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of mobile design principles and guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and mobile testing tools.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and innovate.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

? Preferred Skills

• Experience with animations, custom widgets, and advanced UI techniques.
• Understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
• Experience with push notifications, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines (Fastlane, Codemagic).
