Job Title: Inside Sales/Broker Representative
The Inside Sales/Broker Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales in our disposal and recycling services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a customer-first mentality.
Sales Growth: Prospect and generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention by addressing any concerns or service-related issues.
Establish rapport with clients to understand their waste and recycling needs, provide tailored service options, and close sales.

~ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
~ Experience in the waste management or environmental services sector is a plus.
