Fundraising Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising Lead, based in Mumbai. The Fundraising Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, building and maintaining donor relationships, and coordinating fundraising campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include writing grant proposals, identifying fundraising opportunities, managing donor communications, and developing partnerships with organizations, corporations, and individuals. The role will also involve tracking budgets, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support institutional goals.
- Experience in fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and partnership development
- Strong skills in writing grant proposals and donor communications
- Project management abilities, including budgeting and reporting
- Knowledge of CRM tools, fundraising technologies, and related platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team and with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for environmental and community-based initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Prior experience in nonprofit fundraising or related fields is highly desirable
