Position Overview (In-Office) Our client is seeking attorneys with a strong interest in transactional energy law. The firm is committed to hiring and developing professionals with experience in the oil and gas industry or a demonstrated willingness to build expertise in this area. Many of the firm's attorneys bring prior experience as landmen, industry professionals, or from large international law firms, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment. Key Responsibilities Handle transactional energy legal matters, including title examination and energy transactions Support corporate and energy finance transactions Assist with renewable energy projects and related legal work Conduct pre-litigation work associated with energy matters Collaborate with team members on complex legal and regulatory issues Qualifications Active license and good standing to practice law in an oil and gas producing state (e.g., Minimum of 2 years' experience in transactional energy law preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will also be considered Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Compensation & Growth Opportunities Our client offers a competitive and flexible compensation model based on experience.
