We are raising $6M to manufacturing scale-up and develop our Residential product the Vroom 6000X. This raise will allow us to fulfill growing demand. We need the architect to fund the scale which this role gives the CFO this opportunity.
We are seeking a capital-focused CFO or strategic finance leader to help lead and execute a $6M fundraising round. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in deal-making, investor strategy, and high-growth environments. This is not about spreadsheets, but rather about working directly with the founder/CEO to bridge the gap between our current traction and global commercialization. We have the “why” and need you to manage the “how”.
Your Role
- Lead execution of a $6M capital raise (equity, debt, or hybrid)
- Develop and refine financial models, projections, and investor materials
- Drive investor outreach and manage relationships
- Support negotiations and closing of investment rounds
- Align capital strategy with manufacturing scale-up and distribution growth
- Experience raising $3M–$20M+ in startup or growth-stage environments
- Strong network of VCs, family offices, or strategic investors
- Background in energy, hardware, or climate tech preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-moving startup
- Commission on capital raised (competitive % based on experience)
