Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at Vrisha Energy’s office in Vadodara. This role involves welcoming visitors, managing the reception area, and serving as the first point of contact for walk-in guests, callers, and inquiries. Key day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, handling visitor registration, managing appointments and reservations, and coordinating meeting room schedules. The Front Desk Representative will maintain accurate records, support basic administrative activities such as mail handling and document filing, and ensure that customer queries are addressed promptly or directed to the appropriate team members. The role requires a professional demeanor, a customer-focused approach, and consistent collaboration with internal teams to support smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong receptionist and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing reservations and appointments.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and polite, professional Phone Etiquette.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with visitors, customers, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess basic administrative and organizational skills, such as record keeping, scheduling, and handling office correspondence.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office software (email, calendar tools, word processing) and comfort with learning CRM or visitor management systems.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred, especially in corporate or service-oriented environments.
