VPX connects talent with organisations shaping environmental markets: carbon & environmental commodities, renewables, climate tech, green finance and sustainability. We’re hiring a proactive Talent Sourcer to build high‑quality pipelines for trading, commercial and leadership roles across these sectors.


What you’ll do

  • Run targeted sourcing campaigns (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/X‑ray, niche boards, forums).
  • Build talent pipelines and market maps for carbon, renewable energy, climate tech, ESG and commodities roles.
  • Conduct initial screens, prepare candidate shortlists and market intel.
  • Manage ATS/CRM records and report to SLAs/KPIs.

Must have

  • 2+ years sourcing or recruitment experience (agency/in‑house).
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal outreach and stakeholder communication.
  • Metrics-driven, organised, able to learn technical market concepts.

Nice to have

  • Experience or exposure to environmental commodities, energy or trading (training provided).
