We are partnering with a rapidly growing clean-energy infrastructure platform that is expanding its in-house legal team. This company invests in and operates renewable energy assets across the U.S., supporting the transition to sustainable power for corporate, public, and private clients.

The attorney in this role will lead deals from start to finish - from LOI to closing. They will advise on all aspects of project diligence, acquisition, development, and financing, offering full deal-cycle visibility and impact. They will also lead the drafting and negotiation of PPAs, EPCs, and project-acquisition agreements, serving as a strategic partner across business and technical teams.

You are a strong candidate for this position if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience handling all aspects of M&A deals
  • Have experience in the renewable energy industry
  • Can take the lead on drafting core deal documents as well as EPCs, PPAs, and O&Ms
  • Have prior in house or law firm experience
