Our HR & Corporate Functions Business Line is looking for a Recruiter, who will have the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and Description of Group Functions;
• Development and dissemination of “Voltalia” brand as an employer;
• Development of Recruitment and selection processes;
• Sourcing of candidates;
• Management of job adds;
• Participation in other HR activities depending on the specific needs;
• Participation in job fairs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Licentiate or master’s degree in work psychology, Human Resources Management or Engineering;
• 3 Years of experience in the similar functions, preferably in multinational companies, in the energy sector.
• English proficiency;
• French and Spanish as a plus.
