  • Coordination and status update for all PMO planned and active requests from the different business lines integrating the Operation & Service area.
  • Implement and consolidate best practices and processes within O&S BL’s.
  • Support business lines on process mapping and process improvement.
  • Agile design and implementation of PMO Solutions.
  • Improve awareness of PMO tools supporting O&S BL’s.
  • Intranet SharePoint site owner management.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Management.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • PMBOK knowledge and/or training (good to have).
  • MS Project good working knowledge.
  • MS Office domain.
