- Coordination and status update for all PMO planned and active requests from the different business lines integrating the Operation & Service area.
- Implement and consolidate best practices and processes within O&S BL’s.
- Support business lines on process mapping and process improvement.
- Agile design and implementation of PMO Solutions.
- Improve awareness of PMO tools supporting O&S BL’s.
- Intranet SharePoint site owner management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- PMBOK knowledge and/or training (good to have).
- MS Project good working knowledge.
- MS Office domain.
