Role Overview

The Senior Associate – Founder’s Office will work closely with the Founder to support strategic initiatives, operational planning, and organizational decision-making. This role acts as a trusted partner to the founder, coordinating cross-functional projects, driving special initiatives, and providing analytical and operational support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the founder in strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational initiatives.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for the founder and leadership team.
  • Track progress of key initiatives and follow up with internal teams as needed.
  • Manage communications and coordination with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the founder.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or project management, preferably supporting senior leadership or a founder.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handling confidential information.
