ABOUT US

Established on 07/7/2023, the “For Green Future” Foundation is a non-profit organization of which Vingroup is the Founding Member. The “For Green Future” Foundation will initiate practical projects and action programs aimed at realizing sustainable green development, aligning with Vietnams green transition initiatives.

VinFuture Prize is a prestigious global science and technology prize that aims to recognize and encourage exceptional individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to the advancement of human progress.

As a Content Writer within the Marketing & Communications team, you will support the development and editing of PR and communications content that reflects the missions, values, and global impact of VinFuture Prize and "For Green Future" Foundation.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about writing and eager to work with content related to science, technology, environmental sustainability, and global development, while building strong editorial skills in a professional, international-standard communications environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Writing & Editing

- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading PR articles, press releases, website content, and external communications for both Foundations in Vietnamese and/or English;

- Edit content derived from multiple sources, including internal drafts, interviews, scientific materials, and international media, ensuring accuracy and factual integrity, clear structure and readability, consistency with the Foundations’ professional and institutional tone.

2. Science, Technology & Sustainability Knowledge Monitoring

- Regularly track and review international mainstream sources related to science and technology advancements, innovation ecosystems and global research trends, environmental issues, climate change, and sustainability (ESG, green transition, sustainable development);

- Summarize and contextualize complex information to support PR storytelling and content development.

3. Communications Support

- Support Content/PR Leads in implementing approved communications plans;

- Assist in developing content outlines aligned with campaign objectives, events, and external engagements;

- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely content delivery.

4. Editorial & Administrative Support

- Manage content versions, references, and editorial documentation;

- Perform other content-related tasks as assigned to support communications activities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Education & Background: Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Languages, Social Sciences, or related fields; strong interest in science, technology, environmental issues, or sustainable development; academic exposure in these areas is an advantage;

- Strong Vietnamese writing skills; ability to write and/or edit content in English is a strong advantage;

- Excellent English reading comprehension, with the ability to understand international scientific, technological, and policy-related materials and translate key insights into accessible content;

- Solid editorial mindset: detail-oriented, structured, and committed to accuracy.
