Role Description The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from individual donors, philanthropic foundations, corporate partners, and institutional funders. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and researching funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, donor pitches, and concept notes, and maintaining regular communication with existing and prospective donors. The role involves organizing fundraising events and campaigns, supporting outreach and communication materials, and collaborating with program teams to gather impact data and success stories. The Fundraiser will also maintain accurate records in donor databases, track fundraising performance, and prepare periodic reports for leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur.

Qualifications
- Strong fundraising and donor relations skills, including experience with grant writing, donor stewardship, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in research, proposal development, and report writing, with the ability to translate technical program information into compelling narratives.
- Experience in communications and marketing for social impact, such as creating outreach materials, presentations, and digital content for fundraising.
- Ability to build and manage partnerships with NGOs, corporates, foundations, and government agencies, and to represent the organization in external meetings.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, including planning events, managing timelines, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, business, communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is an added benefit.
- Prior experience in fundraising, CSR, development sector, or impact-focused organizations, especially in agriculture, rural development, or climate action, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, travel to field locations when required, and demonstrate commitment to farmer empowerment and environmental sustainability.
