We're Hiring | Senior Manager – ESG, Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships


Location: East Delhi


Vijayash Foundation is looking for a dynamic, purpose-driven professional to join our leadership team and help shape the future of ESG and Sustainability in India.


As we expand our work in ESG Advisory, Sustainability Reporting, CSR, Climate Governance, Net Zero, Corporate Governance, Leadership Development, and Capacity Building, we seek a professional who can represent the Foundation with confidence, build meaningful partnerships, and contribute to our long-term vision.


Key Responsibilities


  • Represent Vijayash Foundation before corporates, universities, industry associations, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Build strategic partnerships and strengthen client relationships.
  • Coordinate ESG advisory, sustainability reporting, and training projects.
  • Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, and engage with senior leaders.
  • Work closely with the Founder in driving organizational growth and expanding our national footprint.


Who Should Apply?


  • MBA/Postgraduate or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consulting, ESG, sustainability, CSR, learning & development, higher education, business development, or corporate relations will be an advantage.
  • A self-driven professional with integrity, initiative, and a passion for creating long-term societal impact.
