About the role
The Inside Sales Coordinator serves as a link between our internal functions, customers, and the external team. This role is designed to drive sales growth through proactive engagement and to optimise the effectiveness of our external sales force by providing administrative and active CRM support. The goal is to enhance overall customer satisfaction and contribute directly to our sales targets.
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Generating leads through sales calls to potential prospects, developing relationships from the first contact, and nurturing them through the sales cycle.
- Maintaining strong external relationships with customers, including existing and new installers, contractors, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Collaborating daily with the External Sales Team for lead and opportunity handover or follow-up, regional knowledge sharing, information exchange, and general support.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team on lead generation initiatives, marketing campaigns, and opportunities identified during customer events.
- Coordinating with Technical Support/After-Sales for complex product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Liaising with Logistics/Operations for order tracking, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
- Communicating with Finance/Accounts regarding invoicing and credit control matters.
To be successful in the role, you should:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities while building strong rapport, negotiating effectively, and closing deals successfully.
- Ensure a high level of customer service selling high premium products.
- Be resilient, adaptable, with attention to details.
- Learn quickly and understand technical product information related to heating and cooling systems to support cross- and up-selling.
- Be IT literate.
- Collaborate effectively and support the objectives of the external sales team.
- Work independently, take initiative, and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Speak fluent English.
