This dynamic role requires an individual to drive residential growth and achieve sales goals across the territory of Central to Western New York. Key responsibilities include overseeing all residential opportunities, ensuring monthly and yearly sales targets are met, and managing the diverse needs of contractors and wholesalers to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves collaborating closely within a six-person team and serving as the crucial conduit between the field and internal teams (Tech Support and Product Management) to convey vital product information and market feedback.

This role will sit in the territory of Central to Western New York.

Role Responsibilities

  • Promotion and sales development of Viessmann products in the assigned Territory.
  • Provide product assistance to customers and stakeholders regarding equipment selection, replacement parts identification, the substitution of alternative parts, etc.
  • Maintain contact with all customers, active and potential, in the assigned territory (wholesalers, contractors, etc.) to maintain a consistently high level of product awareness.

Role Purpose

  • Maintain and expand customer base from Auburn to Western NY boundary.
  • Call on all Trade Accounts to increase market share.
  • Establish Viessmann as market leader in the territory.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with hydronic heating, HVAC, or Plumbing industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, overnight travel as scheduled/required.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the sale of hydronic heating products to wholesalers and contractors .
  • Candidates with experience regarding Viessmann products will be preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, creative and systematic working habits, self-starter.
  • Excellent interpersonal, language, and communication skills.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
