Responsibilities
- Support the Service Department in daily administrative activities
- Process and maintain service contracts and customer records
- Handle service orders and related documentation
- Prepare basic reports and administrative documents
- Cooperate with internal teams and external partners
- Provide general administrative support as required
- University degree or equivalent
- Up to 3 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with documentation and data
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- English language skills are an advantage
