Senior Manager Performance & Transformation

To support this ambition, we are looking for a Senior Manager Performance & Transformation to lead and further develop our Impact Acceleration Office (IAO).

This is a highly visible leadership role at the heart of the organization. You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and Leadership Team to drive strategic execution, accelerate performance improvement, and embed a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous value creation across VIDA.

We are specifically looking for someone with a strong background in strategy, transformation, or performance improvement consulting who has successfully led complex transformation programs and is excited to create lasting impact within a fast-growing industrial business.

The Opportunity

As Senior Manager Performance & Transformation, you will lead VIDA’s Impact Acceleration Office and act as the driving force behind strategic execution across the business.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, establish robust governance structures, and ensure that transformation efforts deliver measurable results. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will help shape how VIDA scales and performs in the years ahead. Success in this role requires the ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels: influencing executive decision-making while staying closely connected to implementation and results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Impact Acceleration Office

• Further develop and institutionalize the Impact Acceleration Office as a key business capability.
• Establish best-in-class governance, performance management, and execution frameworks across the organization.
• Drive consistency in business planning, KPI management, performance reviews, and operational follow-up.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and fact-based decision-making.

Drive Strategic Transformation

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and performance improvement initiatives across sites, functions, and countries.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured programs with clear objectives, milestones, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and accelerate implementation across operational, commercial, and functional areas.
• Proactively remove execution barriers and ensure initiatives remain on track.

Performance Management & Value Creation

• Design and manage a robust performance management framework across VIDA.
• Monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive performance dialogues with site leadership and functional teams.
• Support the CEO, CFO, and Leadership Team with high-quality analyses, business cases, and decision-making materials.

Stakeholder Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Partner with operational leaders to align transformation objectives with day-to-day business realities.
• Influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Coach and develop team members within the Impact Acceleration Office.

Required Experience

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Mandatory experience within a leading strategy, transformation, or performance improvement consulting environment.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation, performance improvement, or value creation programs.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments at executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable business results.
• Experience gained at firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Kearney, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, or similar consulting organizations.
• Additional industry experience within energy, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, or other asset-intensive sectors.
• Experience working in multi-site and international organizations.
• Exposure to value creation, performance management, operational transformation, or post-merger integration programs.
