Primary Purpose of Position
This individual is responsible for high volume full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients.
Primary Duties And Accountabilities
Full-cycle recruiting for the company's open positions: advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements. Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews. Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to include: posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity.
Directs the implementation of large-scale restaffing initiatives and Creates executive replacement options and assesses where gaps are evident.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating the opportunity, timeline and expectations, and representing the company culture.
Manage the full offer process, including drafting offer letters, facilitating negotiations, and securing acceptance in alignment with company policies and procedures, partnering with Compensation as needed.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior business unit leaders, using recruitment metrics and staffing reports to identify trends, gaps, and critical issues, and providing recommendations to address immediate and long term workforce needs.
Support early talent initiatives by participating in career fairs, conferences, and related events to promote opportunities and engage emerging professionals.
Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Evaluate recruitment processes and procedures, proactively identifying opportunities to increase team efficiency and improve the hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-years of recruiting or HR functional experience. In lieu of a degree, 9-years of recruiting or HR functional experience
Proven sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and manage workload efficiently
Comfortable working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment to include internal and external partners
Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing and work effectively across business units, functional groups, multiple levels of the Corporation and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to apply strategic, analytical, research and critical thinking to problem solving and project management to make decisions, solutions and communicate clearly
Demonstrated understanding of recruiting practices, social/mobile recruiting, legal requirements for compliance in employment practices, and applicant tracking
Demonstrated consulting, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to champion and influence decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to interpret data to develop and generate reports in various systems and languages
Demonstrated knowledge of EEO regulations
Elevated knowledge in Excel (creating and using pivot tables, macros, and vlookups) and MS Office Suite experience.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Profession in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification
Computer experience with ATS, electronic spreadsheets, databases and Human Resources information systems
Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, networking, employee referrals, and job postings; as well as conducing open houses and job fairs.
Knowledge of change management and experience with successfully implementing and leading change initiatives
Experience in Oracle HCM or equivalent HRIS, iCIMS Recruiting Software, vendor platforms and/or ServiceNow HRSD module
