Primary Purpose of Position
The Senior Commercial Account Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with commercial clients by providing high levels of customer service, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and working collaboratively with internal teams to implement solutions.
Primary Duties And Accountabilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
Proactively communicate with customers to build and sustain strong, long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to address customer needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Develop and maintain accurate account records and reports using company CRM software.
Manage an administrative group that is responsible for supporting the commercial team to help maintain high customer service levels.
