Expected salary range of $88,200 to $98,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Quality Engineering Analyst supports the quality lifecycle for the sales modernization area, ensuring quality is embedded from project initiation through delivery. This role executes quality engineering processes under the guidance of senior team members, leveraging Agile/Hybrid methodologies and emerging tools for test script authoring. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities

Apply quality engineering practices throughout the entire program lifecycle to maintain continuous quality from development through deployment.

Collaborate with development teams to embed quality checks within continuous integration and delivery pipelines, enabling early defect detection and resolution.

Track and report quality metrics to monitor overall quality health and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.

Assist in implementing quality processes that align with organizational risk tolerance, and support risk assessments and quality engineering decisions.

Support the integration of AI tools for test script creation and contribute to a balanced mix of automated and manual testing to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in release management processes, including MLOps and AI agent orchestration, to help ensure reliable software delivery.

Contribute to initiatives on code quality tools and performance testing to help ensure application reliability.

Minimum Education Required

Minimum Qualifications

1 year of experience in software quality engineering or related field

Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with ability to solve new and complex problems quickly

Experience with a variety of quality engineering (QE) testing tools

Experience working with and building teams that collaborate closely with development and architecture groups on complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in sales-driven projects or environments

Experience testing applications in cloud-hosted environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
