EVP NCE – SBU NCE Service – Service Operations Support
Service Operations Support is a team of approx. 400 passionate colleagues who support the Service North sub regions with the execution of complex tasks and tasks benefitting from consolidation on North level.
The role reports directly to the Service Director. Your position will play a critical role in the management of our business by supporting key financial inquiries, driving performance analysis, and evaluating its impacts
To support and challenge the 4 teams Special Task main component and blades, Resource Management, Sub-supplier management and Technical & Commercial Planning, we are seeking a Cost Management Professional to join our team and be based in our Videbæk office.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be
- Validate system-generated cost predictions through close collaboration with finance partners and operational management
- Understand financial/cost impact by SOS and identify opportunities within actual data
- Work with operational management and key stakeholders to translate knowledge into financial evaluations and provide realistic future cost predictions
- Responsible for financial impact requests and its comparison to previous planning elements
- Support Regional Service Management with other analysis and identification of financial business improvements
Qualifications
- Background in finance, controlling, or comparable fields
- Capability to build bridges between different corporate units, such as operations, finance, and performance management
- Open mindset with solid stakeholder management skills
- Background in the wind industry or comparable industries
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively navigate a complex matrix organization
- Experience in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
