Responsibilities

  • Support PEX in developing lean in DH, such as Kaizen/visual management/time study/Standardize the operation process
  • Work out documents to support the routine work of DH
  • As a specialist in all systems, maintain good communication with the system supporting team for efficient problem-solving
  • As contact window of new project to ensure better implementation of the DH part
  • Be able to act as trainer both system and process
  • Build and integrate warehouse related governance
  • Continuously optimize layout/process/standard/instruction
  • Expand professional knowledge in the warehouse

Qalification

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management or Economics or equivalent

Competencies

  • Proficient logical thinking capacity and document composition skills
  • Skilled at Microsoft PC applications, notably Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking, can communicate well with oversea parties
  • High execution, details-focusing and result-oriented (e.g., highlighting issues, following up, and problem solving, etc.)
  • Willing to self-improvement
