Responsibilities
  • Create and update documentation for shopfloor, quality, and logistics teams within Handling & Logistic operations.

  • Ensure updated documentation is always available and accessible where needed.

  • Follow documentation principles and support continuous improvements.

  • Gather feedback from shopfloor and logistic teams to improve the function and quality of delivered documentation.

  • Perform internal quality and maturity checks of documentation against defined criteria.

  • Keep stakeholders informed on documentation lead times.

  • Develop training material to support the correct use of documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with documentation specialists across other teams and share best practices.

  • Contribute to building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility.

  • Work with modern documentation systems and tools, including process vision, laser systems, and digital technologies.

  • Investigate and solve production issues using structured methods (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams).

  • Apply Lean principles to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and secure quality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  • Green Belt Lean certification.

  • Courses in Technical Writing and/or Communication.

Experience
  • Minimum 6 years in similar roles within documentation, logistics, or manufacturing.

  • Proven track record in creating process flows and work instructions (paper or digital).

  • Experience in validating own work and participating in the development of Handling & Logistic documentation.

  • Background in data-driven organizations.

  • Experience in optimization and standardization of manufacturing documentation using Lean and related tools.

Competencies
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.

  • Solid technical knowledge of logistics, transportation, storage systems, and production processes.

  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation.

  • Willingness to spend time on the shopfloor to understand processes and identify improvements.

  • Skilled in problem-solving using Lean tools (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build networks across cultures and time zones.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of the full business value chain.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
