Responsibilities
Balance and level site workload to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
Plan long-term scheduled orders, integrating corrective activities effectively.
Ensure tools, parts, and services are prepared and monitored on time before team mobilization.
Analyze requirements and plan service and scheduled activities accordingly.
Allocate and direct resources for unplanned schedules, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
Guarantee effective communication of both planned and unplanned activities to internal stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly packages of work orders for each service team.
Align service schedules with obligations outlined in service contracts.
Communicate promptly with crews and customers regarding schedules and updates.
Monitor and balance key performance indicators and process performance indicators related to planning and scheduling.
Control overdue DC/MWLPF, ensure maintenance accuracy, and manage service agreements (SAs) effectively.
Qualifications
Professional experience in a technical service environment with focus on planning & scheduling.
More than 4 years of experience in the wind industry, especially in wind farm operations and support.
Skilled planning and organizational skills with a systematic and analytical approach.
Demonstrated ability to analyze numerical data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Professional IT skills and experience with databases and planning tools.
Clear and concise communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Experience in coordinating smaller development or improvement projects.

Capability to handle diverse workloads efficiently while maintaining a steady focus.
