Responsibilities

To constantly aim to increase our "right-first-time" and avoidance of CoPQ in supplier area

  • Flawless introduction of new products per APQP4WIND

  • Interface to IPD for the commodity or Material

  • Engage with VPS in early phases and contribute to modular strategy

  • Estimate the needed resources

  • Verify the capacity at the supplier's production process


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-12 years in the field of supplier, quality and, Six Sigma.

  • Degree in mechanical engineering preferably Master Degree

  • Working Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001

  • Familiar with material and technology: steel, welding, machining, surface treatment and painting;

  • Familiar about special process: welding, surface treatment, painting ,NDT, UT, MT;

  • Familiar with related standard (EN287-1, EN1418, ISO9606-1, AWSD1.1,ISO14731, ISO3834-2 etc.)

  • Preferable certified NDT Level 3


Competencies

  • Rich experience about APQP/PPAP;

  • Good quality continue improvement skill, have lean experience is better;

  • High and professional level of quality mind-set;

  • Deep understand in SPC, Statistical Process Control for manufacturing methodologies;

  • Ability to deliver quality related tasks;

  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Adapts to changing circumstances and accepts new ideas and changing initiatives.

  • Professional in Presentation & Communication skills in English environment;

  • Suit for frequent business trave
