Vestas' Service Operation Support Department for Poland is a part of Vestas NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and is responsible for planning service and maintenance activities on the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing orders as Agent (Technical Planner) - low contracts only and local topics
  • Handling requests for quotation & checking subcontractors offers in T&M service orders
  • Creation orders on request and mass order generation
  • Maintenance Plan and Task List complete
  • UDT inspections control (in cooperation with a subcontractor)
  • Technical Support and Advisor for Dispatchers, CRM, and Aftersales departments


Qualifications

  • Technical background and ideally experience with Vestas Turbines
  • Relevant service experience, fault-finding, main component works
  • Readiness to move into a more office-based position (might be located in Szczecin but also in any other local office in Poland)
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proven ability to analyze numerical data and identify trends
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • SAP experience as a additional

  • An ability to keep track of priorities in a time-sensitive situation and to handle varying workloads

Additional information
The primary location is in any place in Poland (obligatory to be in the office, in Szczecin for a training period of time in an amount in 3 months, and then 4 weeks during the year)
