The Blade Production Department is part of the Operations function and is responsible for manufacturing high-quality blades in accordance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. The department coordinates teams of operators, mentors, and team leaders to ensure efficient production processes and continuous improvement. It operates nationally, maintaining strict adherence to internal procedures, Lean principles, and industry standards. The department’s mission is to optimize production output while ensuring a safe and motivating work environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead team members in blade production according to process and work instructions
- Take full responsibility for safety, health, and environmental aspects during the shift
- Guarantee quality standards for all finished goods and work in progress
- Meet shift production schedules with optimal use of resources (manpower and materials)
- Track and manage team resourcing, raw material usage, and recommend cost reduction measures
- Ensure daily coordination, adherence to 5S, and guarantee data visual management on the shop floor
- Initiate and implement shop floor improvements in work practices, productivity, and quality
Qualifications
- Vocational education
- 2+ years (C2), 4+ years (C3), or 10+ years (C4) of relevant work experience
- Experience as an operator in LM blade production
- Management or supervisory experience
- Completion of internal LM safety training
- Knowledge of Lean, TPM, Kanban, and Six Sigma tools
- Awareness of ISO 14001 (EMS) and OSHAS 18001 systems
