The Centre of Excellence Trainer works within the Plant Human Resources department, which focuses on employee development and operational training. This team ensures that production staff receive standardized, high-quality training tailored to local needs. It collaborates closely with recruitment, training coordinators, and shop floor supervisors to support onboarding, skill-building, and continuous improvement. The department operates nationally, maintaining consistency across sites while complying with LM and ISO standards. Its mission is to elevate workforce competence through structured training and performance tracking

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR/recruitment function to assess competence levels during employee onboarding to ensure fit for positions
  • Support the Training Coordinator during the recruitment process to define the scope of required training
  • Execute Centre of Excellence (CoE) training according to the globally standardized and locally adapted training plan
  • Monitor employee skills and propose specialization if different from the originally hired role
  • Provide coaching and daily follow-up for employees during “on the job training” on the shop floor
  • Coordinate operational training in new skills in close cooperation with shop floor supervisors
  • Conduct re-training and introduction training for new skills, and support the correct translation and improvement of training materials

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or 1–2 years of vocational technical training
  • Minimum 36 months of relevant work experience (C2) or 48+ months (C3)
  • Substantial experience in BC (Business Competence) and/or training
  • Completion of internal LM trainings/qualifications, including safety training
  • English language skills (reading and understanding)
  • Technical knowledge of the product (e.g., blade knowledge)
  • Training delivery skills
