Business Improvement is a team of Project Leads, Business Solution Professionals and Process Specialists working together to support Global Service Delivery in business transformation process. We are delivering and maintaining internal tools, supporting with technical insights, leading migration projects and outreaching to all relevant stakeholders to promote our services and understand business needs to develop and implement new services to SSC service catalogue. At the same time, we are developing a collaboration model and improving tools utilized by the operational department, to meet our customer's expectations when it comes to quality, performance and communication. We manage the SDC Project Portfolio to ensure that improvement and migration projects are run in a controlled and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Feasibility assessment, creation, development and maintenance of tools supporting operational teams
- Representing the Service Delivery Center in global IT projects
- Requesting changes to global IT tools
- Coordinating improvement initiatives within area of specialization
- Collecting and transforming business requirements into user stories/ technical descriptions. Participation in creating standards and processes within the area of specialization
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals for delivered tools/solutions. Providing data analysis and reports according to business needs
- Carrying out user training for tools and software used in operational processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data analysis and insights delivery
- Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and creative problem solving
- Good experience in managing small technical projects
- Experience from working in an international, multicultural environment. VESTAS internal processes understanding will be beneficial
- English at a proficient level
- Good knowledge of Excel (including VBA)
- Knowledge of one of the following (or few of): SQL, .NET, RPA, SAP scripts and remote queries, Salesforce, Power BI reporting/automation/administration. Have basic knowledge of C#
