Bonding Training Professional (Global)

The Training Department in Bonding is responsible for creating and managing process-specific training materials, including videos and other documentation. The team owns the training roadmap, covering key PFMEA elements, and supports the implementation of training at specific sites as needed.
The Training team consists of 1–2 engineers and is part of the larger Lay-up Department of 10–16 highly skilled engineers. The department is organized into five teams: Process, Tooling, Documentation, Operational Support, and Training.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in improving the manufacturing processes for wind turbine blades via the quality of the documentation. If you do not have a deep knolled withing Blades manufacturing principles, you will have a high motivation to get it – go to shopfloor. You will have an attentive focus on modern documentation principles and technologies, drive towards standardization to ensure fast updates or creation of documentation to shopfloor all to secure process stability and capability to improve overall business performance; Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC)
- Design, optimize, and standardize training materials within the Bonding process, including analyzing current and future training systems, creating process roadmaps, and defining material requirements
- Investigate and solve training-related issues using structured methods such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams
- Apply continuous improvement principles (Kaizen) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste
- Ensure high-quality training materials
- Purposefully contribute to building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor of manufacturing engineering or alike level
- Train the Trainer or other training education
- 6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers
- Training of shop floor employees
- Planning training for up to 300 people
- Developed / defined functional training material for employees with a short or long education
Competencies
- Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with blended and experiential training methods
- Experience collaborating with engineering managers and subject matter experts to develop training content
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Ensuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
- Willingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand processes and support problem-solving
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams and locations
